• When your treatment is required to carry out the provision of professional advisory services requested by AGD.

Your personal information will be protected under strict confidentiality, and to reasonably prevent the improper use or disclosure of it, we have implemented physical, technical and administrative security measures, in accordance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and other applicable regulations.

Mechanisms for the exercise of ARCO Rights and revocation of consent for the processing of your data

Legal Department, or, may submit your request in writing and in Spanish and complying with the requirements set forth in Article 29 of the Regulations of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data on Private Property.

AGD will follow up on your request within 20 business days from the receipt of said FORMAT or request, with the complete documentation, to inform you about the origin of the same. If it is appropriate, the Page will have a maximum period of 15 working days to enforce its ARCO right.

Data transfers
Your personal data may be transferred and / or shared to controlling companies, subsidiaries or affiliates under the common control of AGD, or to a parent company or any company of the same AGD group, as well as to third parties that allow AGD to provide professional advisory services , which operate under the same internal processes and policies, in the following cases:

1. When the transfer is necessary by virtue of a contract concluded or to be concluded in the interest of you (the holder), by the person responsible and a third party;
2. When the transfer is necessary for the maintenance or fulfillment of a legal relationship between AGD and you (the owner); and
