He has extensive experience in deferred tax and financial and tax reporting projects under US GAAP, IFRS, and NIF, as well as in SEC corporate reporting processes for public and private companies. His work includes preparing technical accounting memorandums and analyzing the impact of adopting new standards (IFRS 9, IFRS 15, IFRS 16, IFRIC-23, ASC-606, and ASC 842).
Among the clients he has served are Emerson, Thomson Reuters, Coca-Cola FEMSA, Casa Ley, Safeway, Grupo Bimbo, AT&T (Nextel), Telmex, and IEnova.
