His practice includes tax planning involving subsidiaries of multinational companies, valuation of intangible assets and shares for tax purposes, as well as the documentation, planning, monitoring, and updating of transfer pricing policies to comply with Mexican legislation.
He has advised multinational companies in various industries—automotive, energy, pharmaceutical, real estate, financial, entertainment, and telecommunications—primarily in the documentation, review, and establishment of transfer pricing policies, as well as in the evaluation of intercompany transactions for strategic supply chain planning purposes.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Universidad Anáhuac del Sur and a Master’s degree in International Administration from the Center for Research in Education and International Business (CIENI) at the same university. He has participated in business valuation courses for ongoing concerns taught by ITAM.
