Tax attorney with over 18 years of experience in tax consulting and litigation, in both the public and private sectors. Partner in the Tax Litigation Department at AGD Global since 2012. He specializes in filing legal defenses and handling actions by tax and administrative authorities before the Federal Court of Administrative Justice, Circuit Collegiate Courts, and District Courts. His career includes the Tax Administration Service (SAT) and the Administrative Court of the State of Mexico. He holds a specialization in Tax Law from the Escuela Libre de Derecho and postgraduate studies in procedural law.
